1. One-Time Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital goods (license keys, accounts, downloadable files), all sales are final and non-refundable once the item is delivered, except where required by law or if the product is defective or undeliverable.
2. Subscriptions
- You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support.
- EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days for unused services (GDPR/consumer law). If service has begun or a license/account was delivered, refunds may be prorated or unavailable according to law.
3. Failed / Duplicate Charges
Accidental duplicate payments or failed charges that later settle will be refunded promptly after verification.
